Hi, I’m Emmanuel and I started Find Your Feet, because I believe every young person deserves the opportunity to develop a meaningful career. 

 

I grew-up in Lambeth where I saw first-hand many young people make poor decisions, due to a lack of mentoring. I could easily have done the same. Fortunately, I had a strong mother and I found the Prince’s Trust. Together they helped me to choose a different path.

 

While completing some courses for The Prince’s Trust, I came up with the idea of creating an organisation that helps with the professional development of young people. But I wanted it to feel like it belongs to the people it would support. I told The Prince’s Trust and they loved the idea and helped me to get started.

 

Now a few years down the line, I’m partnering with organisations across the UK helping thousands of young people to become the best versions of themselves.
