About Find Your Feet CIC

​

Find Your Feet CIC is a London-based social enterprise on a mission to empower underrepresented communities to build the skills, confidence, and connections they need to thrive. Since 2020, we’ve supported over 1,200 people including NEET young people, Global Majority communities, women, girls, and career changers through creative and digital programmes, employability training, and entrepreneurial development.

We deliver accredited qualifications as well as a broad spectrum of training initiatives, including employability programmes, DEI recruitment support, entrepreneurship, and creative skills development. With a track record of successful delivery, including multiple rounds of GLA and Skills for Londoners funding, Find Your Feet CIC is a trusted partner driving social mobility, skills development, and inclusive workforce growth across London.

Our Director

Find Your Feet CIC is led by Emmanuel Balogun, a passionate social entrepreneur whose own lived experience of overcoming barriers shapes his mission today. Growing up in Stockwell, South London, Emmanuel faced a lack of access to opportunities, a high-crime environment, and multiple socio-economic challenges. These experiences gave him firsthand insight into the barriers many young people face and fuelled his determination to build better pathways for others.

With a background in IT and Business Management, Emmanuel has gone on to be nominated for a Prince’s Trust Award and now serves as an Advisory Board Member with Do it Now Now (DiNN), one of the UK’s most influential Black-led innovation networks. Under his leadership, FYF has been nominated for Lambeth Social Enterprise of the Year and has earned a reputation for delivering impact, innovation, and opportunity. Emmanuel’s wide-reaching network of partners and funders helps FYF stay at the forefront of supporting creative, digital, and cross-sector growth opportunities for communities across London.
