At Find Your Feet CIC, all our programs are designed to support participants on their journey toward further education, training, or employment, regardless of industry. From sports and life sciences to fitness and financial literacy, we embed these core themes into our courses, complemented by comprehensive wraparound support.
We connect participants with relatable role models who bring lived experiences, fostering relationships and friendships within our cohorts. Our focus extends beyond skill development to improving mindset and cultivating life skills that promote independence, especially for those from socio-economically disadvantaged backgrounds. In the summer of 2021, I enrolled in a 10-week programme hosted by FYF: Get Crazy Creative. I dove deep into interactive exercises and absorbed invaluable insights from experienced team members. Solidifying my desire to work in the creative industry and go into further education, the programme motivated me to apply to the London Screen Academy. One very pivotal opportunity has allowed me to finally work in the creative industry. So, now at the threshold of my career, I am humbled and thrilled to have earned a position at NBCUniversal, one of the world's leading media and entertainment companies. This incredible journey has been shaped by the unwavering support of mentors and institutions, to whom I owe a debt of gratitude.

The digital marketing program has been amazing for me. Not only have I’ve been
able to improve the skills I already have, but I’ve been able to gain new skills and knowledge about digital marketing that I didn’t have before. Completing the digital marketing program gave me the confidence that I needed to apply to all digital marketing roles out there, from email marketing, SEO or paid or organic social.
